Job Title: Project Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Project Lead who can deliver projects efficiently from planning through to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of site operations, ensuring works progress safely, on schedule, and within scope.
* Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and resolve issues promptly.
* Monitor programme milestones, prepare regular progress reports, and communicate updates to senior management and clients.
* Oversee quality assurance and ensure works comply with design specifications, building regulations, and company standards.
* Manage health & safety on site, ensuring RAMS, toolbox talks, and compliance documentation are up to date.
* Liaise closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations, and procurement planning.
* Facilitate regular site meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle to support successful handover.
