Insurance Branch Leadership Opportunity
The ideal candidate will lead a team to drive performance targets across sales revenue, policy growth, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards in a branch setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic operations, promoting comprehensive insurance offerings across Retail and Commercial lines.
* Develop market presence and engage with local communities through outreach programs.
* Maximise resource utilisation through optimisation of footfall, telephony, and fulfilment activities.
* Implement customer-centric initiatives through simplification and self-service channels.
* Engage customers through tailored communication aligned to individual profiles.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders through proactive business, community, and affinity partnerships.
* Manage staff performance in line with HR policies, fostering high-performing teams.
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including cash handling and expense procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* MCC qualification in both Personal and Commercial General Insurance.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within financial services, with proven management skills.
* Full clean driving license.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Strong understanding of performance management and operational best practices.
* Excellent knowledge of insurance products, compliance, health and safety, and security procedures.
* Demonstrated ability to network effectively with key stakeholders.
