About This Role
We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our team in Galway. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing property claims, working with customers and service providers to progress claims towards settlement, and delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and assess property claims to determine liability and damage
* Work with customers and service providers to progress claims towards settlement
* Deliver high standards of customer satisfaction through efficient, courteous, and timely interactions
* Support more experienced colleagues in the handling of complex cases
* Deliver the highest standards of quality and work with your coach to continuously improve
Requirements:
* Strong customer services skills
* Confident, enthusiastic, and professional phone manner
* Ability to communicate with customers over the phone
* Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel desirable but not required
