The CSR Group is currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a residential developer in Dublin. With sites across Leinster, the company are growing their commercial team with the addition of a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a key role overseeing a number of sites. Wit a strong managerial and commercial background, the successful candidate will have over 10 years experience as a quantity Surveyor. Candidates with residential experience will be at a distinct advantage. The role Managing multiple projects at once including pre-tender involvement. Providing detailed financial reports Accurate cost reporting Manage all costs from the initial calculations to the final figures. Ensure the maintenance of auditable records Ensure the effective planning, management and performance of all projects under your remit Analysing and evaluating Commercial Risks Maintain all contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters Sub-Contract procurement and management, including monthly valuations and certifications Agreement of Final Accounts Overseeing Junior Quantity Surveyors The person Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject 10+years experience as a QS previous experience working on residential projects is beneficial In return a market leading salary and benefits package is on offer.
