Role Overview
Trinity Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager – Contract Hire & Leasing to lead and grow our contract hire and leasing business across Ireland.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a proven track record in fleet leasing, contract hire services. The successful candidate will be responsible for national sales performance, key account development, building a team and team leadership, while delivering sustainable revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and execute the national sales strategy for contract hire and leasing
* Drive new business acquisition while growing and retaining existing key accounts
* Build, Manage, coach, and motivate a national sales team to achieve and exceed targets over time
* Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, brokers, and strategic partners
* Negotiate and close high-value fleet and leasing contracts
* Work closely with operations, finance, and supplier partners to ensure seamless delivery
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to maintain competitiveness
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management
* Represent Trinity Fleet Solutions at industry events and client meetings nationwide
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Experience & Skills (Essential)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in contract hire, leasing, or fleet management sales
* Proven success in a senior sales leadership role within the automotive or leasing sector
* Strong understanding of:
* Contract hire & leasing products
* Residual values and pricing structures
* Fleet funding and lifecycle management
* Demonstrated ability to win and manage large corporate accounts
* Experience managing national or multi-regional sales teams
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercially astute with strong financial awareness
* Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to senior leadership decisions
* Full clean driving licence
Desirable
* Existing industry network within the Irish fleet or leasing market
* Experience working with OEMs, brokers, or finance providers
* Background in scaling or growing a leasing or fleet business
* CRM and sales analytics experience
