Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the hotels restaurant, ensuring excellent service and smooth coordination across departments Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team to maintain high service standards Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and consistent food and beverage service Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier communications Address guest feedback professionally and promptly resolve any issues Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Assist in cost control, budgeting, and daily financial reporting Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel or fine dining setting Strong leadership and team motivation skills Excellent organisational and communication abilities In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations and service excellence Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Salary: Competitive, based on experience
