Mortgage Sales Professional Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an experienced mortgage sales professional to execute sales strategy through successful delivery of mortgage completions in an online, digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Journey Management: Guide customers seamlessly from application to mortgage completion in a digital-first environment.
* Advisory Support: Provide both proactive and reactive support and advice to mortgage customers via digital and remote contact channels.
* Pipeline Management: Deliver on mortgage completion and drawdown targets by optimising the customer experience and utilising best-in-class pipeline management activities.
Requirements:
A minimum APA Mortgages qualification (or willingness to work towards) is required. A QFA or Professional Banker designation is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end mortgage new business with a track record of delivering on application-to-conversion targets.
