Job Description
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be an integral part of our support team, ensuring customer requests are handled with care and understanding. Your role will involve analyzing and resolving customer and partner problems to create a great customer experience in an environment of shared knowledge.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager Client Services and report directly to them. We value hybrid working and offer flexibility for remote workers. However, we encourage regular face-to-face meetings with your team on a monthly basis.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers and partners across multiple systems, including phone, chat, and email. They will also have a strong problem-solving ability and be able to identify trends and propose solutions to recurring problems.
Responsibilities
* Ensure immediate access to all software products purchased by customers, which may include troubleshooting Autodesk back-office systems or using third-party tools to view customer machines.
* Communicate with customers and partners across multiple systems, including phone, chat, and email.
* Provide information on Autodesk Account features and capabilities and conduct 'how to' sessions with customers and partners.
* Be a subject matter expert on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools.
* Responsible for initiatives related to partner enablement and partner effectiveness, including delivery of partner onboarding and training, participation in internal and external forums, and partner service reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Fluent German and English language skills, ideally with another European language.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
* A strong problem-solving ability and the ability to identify trends and propose solutions to recurring problems.
* Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn about new platforms and tools.
* Experience in a customer-facing role providing live support.
