 
        
        Our client is a long-established energy provider supplying fuel products across Ireland. They are currently looking to expand their team and add an Area Sales Manager to cover Tipperary, Clare and Limerick. This is a full-time, permanent role and will drive regional sales, expand the footprint, and manage relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's retail fuel network across the assigned region.
 2. Drive new business initiatives, including new site acquisitions, brand partnerships, and supply agreements.
 3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term profitability.
 4. Collaborate with Commercial, Wholesale, and Retail Fuels teams to align strategies, share insights, and maximise cross-selling.
 5. Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to inform strategy and drive growth.
 6. Manage customer accounts, credit monitoring, and CRM records to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
 7. Present tailored commercial and branding solutions while upholding the brands standards.
 8. Support marketing initiatives, network expansion, and cross-functional projects to deliver operational and sales excellence.
Requirements:
 9. Third-level qualification in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
 10. Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager.
 11. Experience within the fuels, energy, FMCG or B2B sectors.
 12. Full, clean driver's license.
 13. Commercially focused with strong negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
