Kerry Job Purpose To transport clients as required in a responsible and safe manner maintaining the highest standard of driving, in accordance with a National Driving School and the Department of Environment competency examination.
What we're looking for: * Category Irish D1 Full Clean Driving licence * Current valid Drivers CPC Card * Disability awareness and experience of transporting passengers with limited mobility or who use wheelchairs is desirable.
* Relevant Occupational experience * A minimum of 2 years relevant driving experience * Excellent interpersonal skills are essential Your Responsibilities * Passenger Safety & Compliance - Ensure all passengers are safely seated, using seat belts and clamps, while strictly following road safety regulations.
* Vehicle Maintenance - Keep the vehicle in a safe, roadworthy, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
* Assisting Passengers - Support clients when boarding and exiting the vehicle using appropriate lifting techniques.
* Effective Communication - Interact respectfully with clients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
* Service Quality & Improvement - Participate in training and contribute to a high-quality, continuously improving service for clients.
