Job Requirements: * At least three years of experience working in hospital or nursing home catering, or equivalent experience from a high-volume commercial background. * Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. We require candidates who can adapt quickly to new environments and work well under pressure. A positive attitude towards teamwork and following instructions is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the catering units/wards, preparing meals, taking patient orders, serving food at ward level, cleaning the pantry/kitchen areas daily, and maintaining HACCP procedures.
