About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 21 hours per week based in Castlebar. If you have expertise in Sage and Thesaurus software, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately review and consolidate client timesheets in a timely manner.
* Process monthly payroll, ensuring all employee details (starters, leavers, pay rates) are correctly accounted for.
* Track and manage annual leave balances.
* E nsure adherence to ROS (Revenue Online Service) requirements.
* Collaborate with clients to meet their payroll and invoicing needs.
* Review and process monthly invoices for suppliers and clients.
* Allocate payments correctly.
* Perform monthly account reconciliations.
* Reconcile monthly bank statements.
* Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in payroll and accounts processing.
* Familiarity with Sage Thesaurus software.
* Knowledge of ROS and its requirements.
* Proficient with online banking systems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
