Technical Lead Position

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our global software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and quality engineers in delivering key aspects of our SaaS platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of software developers and quality engineers to deliver key aspects of the SaaS platform roadmap.
* Create technical designs for the team in partnership with architecture and lead developers.
* Oversee the creation of and review design tasks for user stories.
* Ensure operational delivery and consistency from the team through an agile, data-driven approach.
Requirements:
* Familiarity and hands-on experience leading agile development teams; experience in agile at scale and CI/CD best practices.
* Expertise in the C#/.NET technology stack; experience with Microsoft cloud platforms is essential.
* 1+ year in people management.
