About the Role
We're a small, busy, artisan food producer about to expand, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join us. This role combines food production with weekly local deliveries, offering variety, training, and room to grow.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting day-to-day production in a food environment
* Includes operating machinery and equipment safely
* Working with care, accuracy, and good hygiene practices
* Completing local deliveries efficiently and professionally
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace
Requirements
* Full, clean driving licence
* Previous experience in a food production environment
* Good English communication skills
* Valid work permit for Ireland
Experience (An Advantage, not essential)
* HACCP training (can be provided if needed)
* Experience with cheese making

Job Type
* Starting: 2 days per week — one weekend day + one delivery day, for 8 to 12 weeks.
* After training: Expands to 4 days per week
* 3 days in production/ packing
* 1 day as delivery driver
* Expected Hours (after training): 35-40 hours per week
* Rate: €15.50 per hour (starting)
* Company van provided for all deliveries
* This is a physically active role and involves a variety of duties.
