Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads that can become potential clients.
Maintain and nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-up and strategic communication.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead capture and conversion strategies.
Track and analyze lead data to continuously improve results.
Support the commercial team ensuring every lead progresses smoothly towards conversion.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
Residence in Dublin. The role is based in a coworking space in Dublin but some days you will work from home.
Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales.
Understanding of the retail industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Quick learner with adaptability.
Team player, proactive, and dynamic personality.
