The Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead their IT & Security procurement function. Based in Dundalk, this role will be pivotal in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the procurement strategy aligns with both business objectives and the stringent requirements of the data centre and IT security environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies for IT and Security categories, with a focus on cost efficiency, compliance, and value creation.

Manage the full procurement lifecycle – from sourcing and supplier selection through to contract negotiation and ongoing vendor performance management.

Partner with internal stakeholders across IT, Security, and Operations to understand requirements and deliver best-fit solutions.
*
Drive supplier risk assessments and ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
*
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations to support strategic decision-making.
*
Manage budgets and provide regular reporting on procurement performance and cost savings.
About You

Proven experience in procurement, ideally within IT services, security, or data centre environments.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Knowledge of IT hardware, software, security systems, and service procurement.
