The Role
The Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer will deliver the corporate fundraising element of Cork Simon Community’s Fundraising Strategy across Cork and Southeast Simon Communities. The postholder will build on a strong base of warm corporate supporters while developing new partnerships that align with the organisation’s mission. The role involves:
* Leading the Corporate Partnerships Programme – developing and implementing engagement plans
* Working closely with Services, Communications, and Volunteering teams, and key external stakeholders in the region
* Developing and managing relationships with corporate partners, tracking partner engagement, and achieving partnership targets
* Producing partnership reports and communicating impact to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualifications
* Relationship‑focused professional experience in partnership or client relationship development
* Proven ability to work to and achieve targets in a fundraising or business development context
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
* Commercial awareness and passion for creating positive social impact
* Experience in a non‑profit environment is desirable but not mandatory
