Senior Facilities Manager – Real Estate Managed Services

Position Overview
Lead the delivery of comprehensive Facilities Services through a multi-disciplined team approach, with a strong focus on Dublin operations. Provide oversight and coordination of the Salesforce London Tower PMO initiative, ensuring alignment across workstreams. Drive exceptional client service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth by embedding best practices, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Service Delivery
* Lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver all services under Facilities Services
* Ensure consistent delivery against client agreements, including all contractual obligations
* Identify, present, and implement opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
* Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with budget forecasts
* Prepare accurate revenue forecasts based on client commitments and present monthly/quarterly business reviews
London Tower PMO Leadership
* Co-create and oversee workplace readiness plans across work streams aligned with phased project delivery for new office openings
* Partner with Salesforce functional owners and teams to support readiness across 10 key workstreams: Hospitality, Office Services, Facilities, Communications & Change Enablement, Operations, Global Security & Services, Design, Business Technology, MEP, Space Planning
Management & Coordination
* Manage each workstream and align with Real Estate SF and WPS SF
* Ensure each workstream functional owner sets out tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Set up cadence with individual workstream owners to ensure they are on track
* Identify and manage intersecting tasks within workstreams for seamless delivery
* Provide project coordination and programme oversight, ensuring alignment and progression
* Set up project team cadence with all workstream owners and extended project team
* Track and monitor project progress, evaluating performance and driving accountability
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
* Track and follow up progress for operational projects
* Support stabilization of JLL/Salesforce team including redefining structure with change enablement
* Track progress and follow up for each team
* Compile progress and press for action when needed
* Manage, motivate, and develop internal teams, fostering inclusive and cohesive environments
* Oversee project management for day-to-day operations
* Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks while managing organizational changes
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Create and share weekly updates in the form of meeting notes and periodic communications
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, providing timely updates
* Provide Change Enablement & Communications support
* Establish cadence meetings for progress tracking across all functional areas
Standards Implementation & Transition Management
* Support continuous development and implementation of EMEA Salesforce standards, best practices, and procedures
* Support the implementation of global standards, best practices, and procedures
* Ensure smooth project closeout and transition to business operations
* Manage transition to steady-state business operations
* Provide change enablement and communication support
* Project management for day-to-day operations
Compliance & Safety
* Ensure Health & Safety procedures and practices are embedded and followed at all times
* Be available for travel across EMEA as required
Essential Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* Facilities Management Experience essential, Project Management desirable
* Strong business operator with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all levels
* Proven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities with commitment to high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments
* Experience in leading multi-disciplined teams across regions or large-scale operations
Technical Expertise
* Deep knowledge of at least one core competency in facilities management, ideally Soft Services
* Strong commercial and financial awareness
* Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative networks internally and externally
* Proven capability in navigating complex client organizations
Strategic & Leadership Capabilities
* Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and implement strategies and deliver on agreed targets
* Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with an innovative approach
* Ability to manage intersecting tasks across multiple workstreams

* Achievement of all SLA and KPI targets across service delivery
* Effective coordination and alignment of 10+ workstreams
* Successful stabilization and restructuring of London JLL/Salesforce teams
* Revenue forecast accuracy and client satisfaction scores
* Smooth transition from project delivery to steady-state operations
Travel Requirements
Available for travel across EMEA as required to support regional operations and client engagement.
