Business Assistant
This is a traditional BA role, placed with clients who are looking for assistance with general tasks and support with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling admin support functions like data entry, file organization, and email management
* Supporting operations by scheduling appointments and meetings and managing calendars
* Conducting online research and compiling information for reports and KPI dashboards
* Preparing documents from templates, creating presentations, and handling customer calls
* Creating social media content and plans, editing photos and videos, and designing visuals
* Managing projects and initiatives using one of the popular project management platforms
* Assisting with light bookkeeping, overseeing payments, and reconciling business expenses
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Assistant with US clients
* Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills
* Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs
* Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or
* Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
