Position Summary:This role relates to the secondary packaging and visual inspection of pharmaceutical products for Global markets in line with relevant regulatory and cGMP standards using a mixture of automatic and manual packaging linesWhat you will be doing?Packaging of Product across multiple packaging linesAbility to learn new processes within GrifolsVisual inspection of productCompletion of Batch documentation and associated recordsOperation of machine, equipmentSetup of machine, equipmentReconciliation of materialsSupport new staff in knowledge transferAttention of detail in dutiesPerform wrapping of pallets and associated SAP transaction when requiredEnsure Training is up to datePerform other duties as requested by Team Leader/Supervisor/ ManagementWho you will be?Knowledge & SkillsPrevious experience in a Packaging or Manufacturing industry Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.This role involves critical visual inspection tasks that require accurate colour differentiation and 20/20 vision (corrective lenses permitted, not contact lens). These visual capabilities are essential to ensure the safety and quality control of the product. Applicants must have normal colour vision, due to the nature of colour-based tasks performed in this role. A colour vision test will be included as part of the pre-employment screening process.
