Overview
We are recruiting Clinical and Educational Psychologists to join Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) across Dublin.
These roles offer the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary, family-centred model, supporting children (0–18 years) with complex developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Senior Psychologist:
Manage a complex caseload of children with developmental needs
Provide clinical leadership within the MDT
Supervise and support junior psychologists and team members
Contribute to service development and governance
Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions
Staff Grade Psychologist:
Deliver psychological assessments and interventions
Work collaboratively within the CDNT MDT structure
Support implementation of individualised care plans
Engage in family-centred and strengths-based approaches
Participate in service development initiatives
Essential Requirements
Postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Educational Psychology
Eligibility for validation via the Department of Health Ireland
Experience (or placement experience) in:
Paediatrics
Disability services
CAMHS / primary care
Desirable
Experience within a CDNT or similar service model
Strong MDT collaboration skills
Interest in early intervention and neurodevelopmental disorders
Experience with standardised assessment tools
