My Client, a leading player in the food manufacturing sector is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join their busy Operations team. Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor training compliance across all departments, ensuring mandatory training (. Food Safety, Forklift, Manual Handling) is completed and recorded.
2. Liaise with training providers and internal managers to schedule training sessions.
3. Maintain accurate training records across systems including Training Manager, LMS/eLearning, and Training Matrix.
4. Conduct quarterly audits to ensure all employees are registered, compliant, and audit-ready.
5. Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring timely and professional responses to requests.
6. Process payments related to training costs, tracking against the annual budget.
7. Update HR noticeboards and site communications with training updates, events, and company announcements.
8. Manage and archive training records (hard and soft copy) in an organised and secure manner.
9. Provide reception cover — welcoming visitors, handling calls, and managing site security protocols.
10. Support cross-functional teams (HR, Health & Safety, Quality, Engineering, Production) with training and compliance needs.
11. Carry out general site administration and ad-hoc support as required.
Requirements
12. Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, administration, or compliance (ideally within manufacturing or a regulated environment).
13. Strong IT proficiency, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
15. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues, providers, and auditors.
16. Proven ability to handle sensitive data confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements.
17. Knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, and audit processes is advantageous.
18. "Train the Trainer" qualification is desirable but not essential.
19. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively.
