Food & Beverage Server Opportunities at the 4* Bracken Court Hotel, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. We are currently seeking experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join our team. If you have the relevant experience, are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a 4* property we could have an excellent opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
* Work with the restaurant and bar-food teams on the day-to-day operation of the food service departments, including restaurant, bar food, weddings and events.
* Provide excellent customer care to guests and patrons at all times
* Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage and be able to make recommendations
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service role
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Enthusiastic and quick learner
* Ability to multi-task and be flexible across hotel areas
* Good knowledge of food/food industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent people skills
* Team player and able to use own initiative
* Available for early starts and late finishes, weekends and public holidays
