Vickerstock are working in partnership with a well-established Residential Developer to appoint a Document Controller in North Dublin
Your new role as Document Controller
1. Ensure all documents are in line with company standards and procedures
2. Prepare and update Document Control Procedures using the company's Document Management System
3. Continual education on BCAR and construction standards that are essential to your understanding as a Document Controller
4. Ensuring accessibility, traceability, and accuracy of documents
5. Ensure construction records are well-maintained, accurately distributed and up to date
6. Occasional administrative support duties, such as office supply orders
7. Use of software such as Procore
Requirements:
8. 2 years experience in a similar role
9. Previous experience in Construction, Residential Construction is beneficial
10. BCAR understanding is a strong advantage
11. Previous experience using Procore
12. Strong organisational skills
13. Strong IT Skills
