Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with builders, engineers, and architects in the residential construction sector.
* Promote the benefits of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) as an alternative to traditional methods like timber frame and block work.
* Grow a network of certified installation partners to ensure project quality and coverage across Cork.
* Convert warm leads into successful contracts, negotiating confidently to deliver strong sales results.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven track record in the construction industry, preferably having transitioned from site, trade, or technical roles into a client-facing or commercial role.
* Strong sales skills, with the ability to manage a territory, close deals, and drive revenue.
* Knowledge of the Cork construction market, with existing industry contacts highly desirable.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively, comfortable in dynamic on-site environments.
* Excellent communication and advisory skills, with a technical edge, able to influence and support engineers, architects, and developers.
