HR Systems Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR systems specialist to join our dynamic HR team on a maternity cover basis.
The ideal candidate will be a technically skilled professional who enjoys optimising HR systems, enabling new features and ensuring data integrity to support effective HR operations.
* Job Description:
* Develop and implement a roadmap for HR system enhancements to drive business growth and improve employee experience.
* Manage daily HRIS activities, including audits, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure seamless system performance.
* Promote data-driven decision-making through accurate HR reports and dashboards.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-5 years' experience in HRIS or HR analyst roles with a proven track record in HR system implementation and project management.
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Bamboo HR or similar) and strong skills in HR dashboards and analytics.
* Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail with experience in Gender Pay Gap reporting.
