Senior Associate
to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class talent solutions within the quantitative trading & technology.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Associate, you will be central to the execution of live mandates across quant research, trading, and technology. You'll build deep market expertise, engage with world-leading quantitative talent, and influence hiring decisions at some of the most competitive trading firms in the world.
This is an opportunity to step into a fast-moving, intellectually demanding domain where your work directly shapes the success of our clients.
The Role:
* Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates in quant research, systematic trading, machine learning, data science, and software engineering.
* Execute end-to-end search projects alongside Partners—from market mapping to candidate delivery.
* Build strong talent pipelines across global quant markets.
* Produce high-quality research, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
* Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
* Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process with professionalism and precision.
* Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to client strategy.
Requirements:
* 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a comparable results-driven environment.
* Exposure to quantitative trading, financial technology, or technical talent markets.
* A research-oriented mindset whilst remaining curious, analytical, and results-driven.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A self-starter with the drive to excel in a high-performance, meritocratic environment.
