Accounting Specialist Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting specialist to join our finance team on a part-time basis, with the potential to become full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.
About this role:
* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions, including processing customer invoices and credit control;
* Liaise with customers and vendors regarding invoice-related issues;
* Process cash receipts/customer payments and bank lodgements;
Maintain multicurrency exchange rates, prepare monthly journals, perform other duties as requested by Management.
