About the Role
We are now inviting applications to a key position in our Nursing Home and Memory Care Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, privacy and respect, ensuring they are treated as individuals.
* Understand the Named Nurse concept, its function and implementation, and ensure that all relevant documentation is maintained.
* Establish personal relationships with residents, relatives and visitors while providing appropriate support at all times.
