We work with clients operating in a wide variety of sectors, particularly clients operating internationally across the following sectors; Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Consumer, and Manufacturing. You will work with our clients in these sectors, helping them with complex tax matters and ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the provision of value-adding, technically sound, clear, and concise tax advice covering a range of technical issues relevant to your client's business risks, challenges, and opportunities.
* Managing a portfolio of complex corporate clients (predominantly internationally focused businesses).
* Working with partners on delivering advisory projects, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganization assignments.
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service.
* Delivering our service offerings to clients in developing international tax strategies.
* Working closely with the partners and directors in tax and other service lines to go out to market and supporting business development activities in the Irish market.
* Coordinating and collaborating with other firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
* Contributing to the development of technical knowledge and training of staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* ITI and ACA/ACCA qualified.
* Excellent experience in a management role in a tax practice.
* Comprehensive corporate tax technical knowledge and experience.
* Proven experience in client handling and managing a busy portfolio.
* A proven track record in business development and converting relationships into fee-paying work.
* Self-motivated and capable of leading a team.
* Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
