**Senior Physiotherapist Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental needs.
About the Role
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:
* Conducting assessments of gross motor skills and physical development
* Developing and implementing individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members
* Providing clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students
* Participating in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments
* Contributing to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the organization
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognized degree in Physiotherapy
* CORU registration or eligibility to register
* A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
