Executive Assistant Location: Dublin, Cherrywood Werelooking for an Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in ALPI the COO and the Director of Corporate Development & Assurance.

Duties & Responsibilities Proactively manage complex andfrequentlychanging diaries, ensuring effective prioritisation and seamless organisation.
Coordinate all aspects of national and international travel, preparing complete itineraries and managinglogisticsend-to-end.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, confidentialdocumentationand reports to supportexecutive leveldecision making Ensure effective organisationand preparation forallapproval and meetingrequests coming into thedirectoratesincluding pack reading time, review meetings well in advance of meeting and submission deadlines.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating events, governance activities andadhocprojects with professionalism and care.
Demonstrate strong risk awareness, ensuring compliance with internal controls, governanceframeworksand policy requirementsat all times.
Ensure all supporting directorateadministrationtasks completed on time and in line with Aviva frameworks and policies Skills & Experience Substantial experience providingexecutive levelsupport, ideally within insurance, financialservicesor a corporate environment.
Proven ability to manage complex diaries, travel arrangements and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, fastmoving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building trusted relationships across business areas andjurisdictions.
Highproficiencyin Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint,Exceland Word) and confident working with senior stakeholders using a proactive,solution focusedapproach.
