**Job Description:**
* We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in our theatre department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and ensuring high standards of clinical practice. They must also manage staffing levels, foster staff development, and promote practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.
