Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to oversee the performance of our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain high standards for overall store performance, visual presentation, and merchandising
* Ensure every customer interaction is delivered to an exceptional standard
* Champion compliance with all operational procedures and health and safety regulations
* Lead, support, and develop your team by providing ongoing training, regular feedback, and setting clear expectations
* Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvements
* Assign roles and responsibilities based on individual team members' strengths and experience
* Manage stock levels and take ownership of store operations
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams in a retail environment
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
* Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analyzing sales and improving store performance
* Experienced in rota planning and long-term resource management
* Clear ability to deliver exceptional customer service across the entire team
* Confident in making independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Planograms, including interpretation and implementation
