Early Years Educator

Early Years Educator required to work in a Montessori preschool which offers a combined Montessori/play‑based curriculum. You will be working with a dedicated, friendly, professional team providing high‑quality care and education for children aged 3‑5 years old in a safe, stimulating, inclusive environment.
Key duties include planning Montessori and play‑based curricula (using Aistear & Síolta frameworks), conducting observations, ensuring compliance with Tusla regulations, and building relationships with parents.
Qualifications: Minimum QQI Level 5 or 6 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, teamwork, and the ability to work on initiative.
