What you’ll be doing...
Our ability to deliver projects on-time and on-budget is critical to driving innovation for our customers. You’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to help them manage multiple deliverables and stay on track. When expertise in project management is required, you will be there to assign responsibilities and set goals to maintain project momentum and achieve your team’s desired outcomes.
* Define & Plan: Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business Leaders to define project scope, create detailed roadmaps with milestones, and secure stakeholder alignment on features, timelines, and commitments; Create/deliver solutions/user stories based on requirements, SLA’s & KPI’s.
* Drive & Execute: Own the project lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Where appropriate, lead scrum ceremonies, assign tasks and responsibilities, manage risks, and drive team momentum to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, demonstrate expertise in end-to-end operational processes and integration between Verizon and 3PL's across Global Supply Chain
* Manage & Collaborate: Orchestrate a complex network of internal teams, offshore partners, and external 3PL vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration, team handoffs (Nightly) work instructions, resolve gaps (JIRA/ALM, Defects, Test ER’s) and holding all parties accountable to project milestones and ETAs.
* Govern & Assure Quality: Enforce meticulous project governance and compliance across all tooling (JIRA, ALM/qTEST), manage defect tracking and evidence, lead problem-solving initiatives, facilitate technical workshops, and guide teams through governance bodies (Key Design Decisions, Change Control Board) to remove blockers and resolve critical issues. manage escalations and ensure compliance with SOX, Verizon/3PL transport signoff procedures, and other regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Communicate & Influence: Distill complex project information into clear, concise status updates for executive leadership. Champion change by driving process improvements and ensuring successful user adoption; Create/deliver Operation Change Management (OCM), end user & production support training strategy; lead delegation of deliverables to business & BSaI

You enjoy facilitating and are an excellent communicator, helping everyone to perform at their best.
You’ll need to have:
* Experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.
* Deep domain expertise in end-to-end Global Supply Chain operational processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Logistics, Reverse Logistics
* Proven experience managing large-scale SAP projects in either SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
* Demonstrable experience managing external vendors, particularly 3PLs, in a complex, integrated IT landscape, strong understanding of IT architecture principles, especially concerning SAP integrations (IDocs, APIs).
* Experience working in a global, onshore/offshore delivery model
* Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methods.
Even better if you have:
* Experience leading the end-to-end project and program management of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives
* Experience managing the scope and timelines of new technological programs, including resource allocation and responsibility for technical requirements development and management.
* Experience developing comprehensive project plans and documentation, including stakeholders, resources, budget, and timelines.
* Experience monitoring and tracking project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues, adapting plans based on business needs, and negotiating new conditions when necessary
* Experience managing project budgets, identifying and mitigating potential risks while capitalizing on opportunities.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or equivariant experience
