Sales Development Representative (ServiceNow)

Location: Flexible / Remote / Hybrid

Industry: Enterprise SaaS | Cloud | AI-Enabled Sales

We are expanding our Global Sales Development Team and seeking a high-achieving
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who can generate enterprise-level pipeline, establish strong customer relationships, and work closely with Sales to accelerate growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging prospects, identifying business needs, and leveraging modern AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Role Overview

As a Senior SDR, you will focus on identifying new opportunities within mid-to-large enterprises, nurturing leads, and qualifying deals for the Field Sales teams. You will play a critical role in shaping pipeline quality and volume across strategic regions.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
* Establish strong business relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target enterprise accounts.
* Understand customer business goals, technology environment, and pain points to qualify opportunities.
* Identify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to Field Sales through the CRM system.
* Partner with Field Sales to build territory and account development plans.
* Manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle using structured lead management processes.
* Use AI-powered sales tools, sequencing platforms, and analytics to prioritize and optimize outreach activities.
* Support and guide junior SDRs by sharing best practices and practical experience.

Required Qualifications

* Experience using or evaluating AI tools or automation technologies in sales, workflow optimization, or decision-making.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, business development, or cold calling in the IT/SaaS sector.
* Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* General understanding of Cloud Computing, SaaS products, and enterprise technology environments.
* Ability to clearly articulate technology value propositions and differentiate platform strengths.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or training.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

This role is performance-driven. Success will be measured through clearly defined metrics, including:

Sales & Pipeline Metrics

* Number of qualified sales opportunities generated per month and quarter.
* Total pipeline value created and contribution to regional revenue goals.
* Conversion rate from lead to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) and SQL to Opportunity.

Customer Acquisition Metrics

* volume of net-new enterprise accounts engaged.
* Number of high-quality meetings booked for Field Sales teams.
* Depth and quality of engagement with decision-makers and influencers.

Activity & Efficiency Metrics

* Daily/weekly outreach volume (calls, emails, sequences, follow-ups).
* SLA compliance for lead response, lead disposition, and CRM hygiene.
* Effective use of AI tools to enhance productivity and prioritization.

Work Environment

We offer flexible work personas (remote, flexible hybrid, or in-office), depending on the nature of the role and location. Work persona eligibility may be validated based on proximity to the nearest office.
