Content Strategist
to join their team. You will be responsible for creating, optimising, and managing support content, ensuring users have access to clear, effective, and empathetic communication.

Responsibilities
 * Write, edit, test, and improve Help Centre articles and customer support responses.
 * Create and optimise content for support Large Language Models (LLMs).
 * Apply and maintain content standards and best practices.
 * Use data to drive content decisions and troubleshoot known issues.
 * Collaborate with subject-matter experts, product, and operations teams.
 * Manage multiple projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
 * Translate technical knowledge into concise, user-friendly documentation.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or another relevant field.
What We Need – Must Have
 * 5+ years in a technical writing or content strategy role.
 * 6+ months writing and optimising content for LLMs.
 * Strong editorial judgement and critical thinking.
 * Proven ability to create and improve online help content/customer support for mobile apps or social media platforms.
 * Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
 * Experience with project management tools.
