As part of your duties, you will be required to:Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service of the afternoon and evening service.Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.Lead and Oversee the The Stables Brasserie kitchen team.Maitain high guest satisfaction – comment cards/trip advisorWe also expect you to take part responsibility for the process, procedure, system and service control and the continuous quality improvement in food quality, menu type while maintaining the cost and expenditure budgets.
