We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Supervisor to oversee and support the delivery of high-quality care services in Galway.

Key Responsibilities
5. Lead, mentor, and support care staff from induction through ongoing service delivery
6. Prepare, implement, and review personalised care plans
7. Monitor daily care services to ensure compliance with quality standards
8. Collaborate with recruitment to build and maintain a strong care team
9. Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
10. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports to management
Requirements
11. Full driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
12. QQI Level 5 in Care (or equivalent) and willingness to progress to Level 6
13. Previous experience in a care environment
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
15. Basic IT proficiency for record-keeping and reporting
16. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
17. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is essential
18. Previous experience working in Homecare is ideal
