Day Service Facilitator
At Saint John of God North East Services, we strive to deliver meaningful, person-centered services that encourage active citizenship. As a Day Service Facilitator, you will enable individuals to participate in various activities, including education, employment, sports, and social pursuits.
* Facilitate and support service-users in community-based programs
* Identify and support opportunities for building people's natural support networks and social roles
* Utilize alternative communication aids and assistive technology
Key qualifications include:
* Relevant third-level qualification in social care or related field
* Minimum three years' experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities
* Experience in person-centered planning, capacity building, and advocacy
