Electronic Health Record System Support Specialist
This role provides technical, operational, and training support to nonclinical users of the Electronic Health Record system (EHR). The primary contact for troubleshooting, user assistance, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support for EHR-related issues via phone, email, or online forums.
* Investigate and resolve escalated issues received through multiple channels.
* Manage schedules, appointments, insurance, documents, billing within the EHR.
* Review, develop, and support EHR workflows and processes.
