Overview
A qualified Senior Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills, is required by a leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Cork.
They work across a diverse range of projects of medium to large-scale across a commercial, leisure, educational, workplace, residential, aviation and industrial sectors across Ireland.
Responsibilities
Take an active role in project delivery, including inspections, coordination with contractors, responding to RFIs and client liaison.
They will work across multiple projects simultaneously along with managing priorities and milestones.
Qualifications
A Degree level qualification in Architectural Technology
Full understanding and experience working with current Planning, Building Regulations and Building Control Legislation
Proven success managing projects from design to construction
High level of proficiency in Revit
10 years+ industry experience across a variety of medium and large-scale projects
Competency producing and overseeing the production of high-quality technical drawings, specifications etc.
Significant site experience (essential)
Previous project experience should include residential, industrial, commercial, aviation OR educational developments
Excellent communication, organisational and client liaising skills
This opportunity is open to Senior Architectural Technologists holding full eligibility to work in Ireland
