About the RoleA well established, multi-site retail and trade supply business is seeking an experienced Stock Controller to join its operations team.This is a key role responsible for ensuring accurate stock management across multiple locations, supporting purchasing and branch operations and maintaining high levels of stock integrity and reporting accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete regular stock cycle counts across multiple sitesMonitor and reduce negative and aged stock levelsMaintain accurate stock records on internal systemsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variancesProduce daily and weekly stock reports for managementWork closely with purchasing and branch teams to manage stock levels effectivelySupport stock planning and continuous improvement initiativesProvide administrative support to senior management as requiredEnsure stock processes are followed consistently across the businessRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in stock control or inventory managementStrong understanding of stock management processes and controlsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systemsStrong numerical and analytical abilityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and departmentsStrong communication and organisational skillsProactive approach to problem solvingPackageSalary €40,000Performance related bonus based on KPIsPaid annual leaveCompany pension scheme (matched contribution)Stable long-term role within a growing organisation
