Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Operations Manager to lead our plant's quality control, hygiene and product disposition processes. As a member of the Plant Management Team, you will be responsible for implementing the site quality strategy and developing a high-quality culture at the site.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. A third-level qualification in Food Science or equivalent is required. Additionally, experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), food safety management systems (FSMS) and right-first-time quality compliance programs is essential.
1. Lead the sites Quality Operations team in managing all aspects of plant quality operations
2. Drive performance of highly skilled QA teams with delivery of KPIs including customer satisfaction, investigation reports and event responses
