Our client, a public sector body in Limerick, is expanding and seeking an experienced Data Administrator/Reporting Specialist to join their Quality Team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to perform various tasks, including:
• Researching, collecting, and collating data for reports and submissions that support the Quality Department.
• Gathering and analysing data statistics.
• Assisting in audits and preparing audit reports.
• Capturing and aggregating data to enable analysis and reporting of issues and trends within the service.
• Ensuring policies and procedures are well-documented, understood, and adhered to.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential archives and records, and ensuring they are readily available to authorized personnel.
• Keeping line management informed of issues.
• Communicating with stakeholders and conveying their views to middle management.
• Maximizing technology use to achieve high-quality work.
• Supporting CMS Quarterly KPI reporting.
• Demonstrating ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Facilitating change implementation.
• Enhancing internal and external service delivery through effective communication.
• Participating in innovation and supporting change and improvement initiatives within the service.
• Monitoring service efficiency, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing changes.
• Encouraging and supporting staff through change processes.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in Data Administration/Reporting, utilizing MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent planning, organizational, and technological skills.
• Knowledge of email systems (Outlook, Lotus Notes) and effective use.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information clearly and confidently (written and verbal).
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to develop solutions and contribute to decisions.
