Join Our Team as a Pension Technical SpecialistWe're looking for a dedicated Pension Technical Specialist to join our Customer team. In this role, you'll ensure pension knowledge priority and is used to help shape the future of our pension services.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and ensure all client reports produced by the Advice Support Unit (ASU) are compliant, prioritising customer interests and upholding integrity.Investigate queries from advisors, ASU, and Sales Excellence, providing thorough and accurate responses.Build and maintain strong working relationships with advisors.Facilitate training for new advisors and ASU paraplanners.Stay up to date with changes in legislation and share knowledge across relevant groups.Skills & Experience RequiredMinimum QFA (RPA qualification desirable).At least 3 years' experience in a pensions consultancy, advisory, or brokerage role.Deep understanding of pensions legislation and the regulatory environment.Strong technical knowledge of customer financial advice.Excellent attention to detail.Diligent, proactive, and a "can-do" attitude.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively.Ability to build and deliver engaging presentations.Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Adaptable and willing to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment.Ready to make an impact?
