This role will be instrumental in supporting business development efforts by managing the end-to-end process of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) across all IBKR entities worldwide. The successful candidate will work on the ongoing build out and maintenance of our RocketDocs database platform to streamline and enhance our response capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDDQ/RFP ManagementManage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entitiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and comprehensive responsesReview and analyze client requirements to determine appropriate response strategiesMaintain response quality standards and ensure consistency across all submissionsTrack and report on DDQ/RFP pipeline, success rates, and performance metricsDatabase Management & TechnologyLead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platformDevelop and maintain a comprehensive library of standardized responses and supporting documentationEnsure database accuracy, currency, and accessibility for global teamsContinuously optimize database structure and content based on emerging client needs and regulatory requirementsTrain team members and stakeholders on database functionality and best practicesStakeholder Management & CollaborationPartner with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) across Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Technology, Operations, and FinanceFacilitate knowledge transfer sessions and maintain strong working relationships with internal teamsCoordinate review cycles and approval processes with appropriate stakeholdersServe as primary point of contact for DDQ/RFP-related inquiriesProcess Improvement & StrategyIdentify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes and improve response timesDevelop standardized templates, workflows, and proceduresMonitor industry trends and competitor approaches to enhance our competitive positioningSupport business development initiatives through market intelligence gathered from client requestsRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to institutional sales, client onboarding, or business developmentPrevious experience with DDQ/RFP processes in brokerage, asset management, or related financial services environmentTechnical SkillsProficiency with database management systems and content management platformsExperience with RocketDocs or similar DDQ/RFP management software (preferred)Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with CRM systems and project management toolsCore CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contextsDetail-oriented with strong quality control mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with global financial services organizationsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictionsUnderstanding of prime brokerage, execution services, and institutional tradingExperience with process automation and workflow optimizationProject management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
