We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Funds & Investment Management team within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an elite Investment Management practice, advising a variety of international and domestic clients across a broad range of asset classes, such as investment banks, managers, and private equity managers. The candidate will advise clients across a diverse range of Irish funds matters, including reviewing transaction documentation, drafting and negotiating fund documentation, and the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish fund products.The candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm's client base in the establishment of all types of Irish fund structures across a range of investment strategies.
