* Leading strategic TA projects on AI, DEI, and future talent strategy
* Supporting and influencing senior leaders with insights that connect talent to business priorities
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition leadership with track record of achievements
* Proven ability to coach managers and lead distributed teams
* Strong stakeholder influence and change management skills
* FMCG or matrixed multinational background
